About these Terms
These Terms & Personal-Use guidelines explain how to use the Inner Peace Conservatory website and the general rights associated with our consumer digital resources. Product-specific listings, delivered licenses, marketplace requirements, and applicable law may impose additional or different conditions.
Website browsing does not create a purchase. When you buy from InnerPeaceArtCo on Etsy, the transaction takes place on Etsy—not on this website.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or organization, or use protected content in ways that infringe others’ rights.
These guidelines do not restrict lawful quotation, ordinary linking, accessibility technologies, or other uses permitted by law.
Copyright, artwork, and brand rights
Unless otherwise identified, original artwork, writing, layouts, product files, and IPC branding remain owned by or lawfully used by the applicable rights holder. Visiting our website or purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or trademark ownership.
Nothing here asserts ownership over ideas, facts, methods, public-domain works, research findings, or materials independently owned by others. A reference or research citation does not imply endorsement.
Personal Use: what your purchase may allow
Unless your particular product listing and delivered license expressly provide otherwise, IPC consumer digital products follow a Personal Use model. The license supplied with your purchase controls the actual permissions, restrictions, device and printing limits, and other conditions for that item.
When permitted by the specific license and when the relevant files are included, personal use can include storing purchased files, printing artwork for your own spaces, displaying TV or phone artwork on your personal devices, and using journals for individual reflection. No numerical print, household, or device allowance is promised by this general website page.
Uses requiring additional permission
Unless your applicable license or the law otherwise permits it, Personal Use does not include selling or redistributing the files; posting full-resolution files for others to download; repackaging them into courses, bundles, or templates; making merchandise for sale; print-on-demand resale; or representing IPC artwork, copy, or branding as your own.
Class, workplace, client, patient, workshop, or organizational reproduction is not automatically included. For a proposed use beyond your delivered license, email [email protected]. This page does not offer a preapproved commercial or group-use license.
Professional printing and device use
If your purchased product includes printable files and permits personal printing, you may provide the relevant file to a professional printing service solely to produce your licensed personal copies. A print service does not receive separate rights to redistribute, resell, or commercially reuse your artwork by receiving it for that purpose.
Colors, margins, size, and appearance may differ by device, printer, paper, ink, software, or output service. Check each listing and the included product guide for formats and practical limitations. Compatibility and identical results cannot be guaranteed across every device or vendor.
Digital products and Etsy orders
When an IPC Etsy listing describes a digital product, you receive digital access and files described in that listing; no physical artwork, frame, television, or phone is supplied unless explicitly stated otherwise. File formats, sizes, contents, and delivery steps vary by item and are controlled by the current listing and included customer instructions.
The purchase and payment interface for these orders is operated by Etsy. For help retrieving a digital purchase, consult Etsy’s digital-download instructions. For order-specific questions or a file problem, use Etsy’s order-help and Messages pathway so the support conversation stays connected to your order.
Refunds, cancellations, and defective downloads
Digital purchases on Etsy ordinarily cannot be returned or canceled through the digital-listing process. That does not eliminate a buyer’s rights or available remedies when an order is missing, incomplete, materially different from its description, or otherwise eligible for assistance under Etsy’s policies and applicable law.
If an IPC file cannot be accessed, opened, or used as described, review the included START HERE or customer guide and report the issue through Etsy order support. IPC will investigate the supplied files and package against the product record. A support review does not guarantee the same remedy in every situation.
Journals and reflective resources
The Inner Peace Experience — 30-Day Journal is the Conservatory’s first planned journal release. Aesthetic Restoration — A 30-Day Botanical Reflection Journal is a separate forthcoming product. Neither journal is currently offered for purchase through this page. Each released edition will have product-specific details and a governing license identifying its permitted uses.
Personal reflection resources are not an automatic license to reproduce pages or distribute the material in classrooms, workplaces, practices, programs, client groups, or workshops. Contact IPC about uses not expressly permitted by the applicable license.
Wellness and research boundaries
IPC creates botanical art and wellness-oriented, educational, reflective, and aesthetic resources. These are not diagnostic tools, psychological tests, psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or substitutes for professional healthcare.
Research-informed design does not establish that any specific IPC product has been clinically validated or will produce a guaranteed mental-health, emotional, cognitive, or performance outcome.
Creative process, external links, and submissions
Where applicable, an IPC listing or customer guide may disclose seller-directed AI assistance in parts of the creative process. This is product-specific, not a claim that all IPC products use the same workflow.
Links to outside research, services, or websites do not establish affiliation, sponsorship, or control. Their own terms and policies apply. Ordinary support correspondence does not grant IPC permission to republish or market your message.
Updates to the website and these Terms
IPC may correct or change website content and features as products, operations, security needs, or legal requirements change. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
A later version of these website Terms does not automatically take away rights already granted under a completed purchase. Those rights depend on the terms, license, and law applicable to that transaction.
